Yes — Starter is ₹199/month (or ₹149/month when billed yearly). When your business grows and you need more projects, workers, or client accounts, you can upgrade to Pro or Business at any time. Your data, projects, and history carry over instantly. Upgrading takes less than 30 seconds.

When you switch to yearly billing, you'll be charged one annual payment at the discounted rate — Starter at ₹149/mo (billed ₹1,788/yr) vs ₹199/mo monthly, Pro at ₹749/mo (billed ₹8,988/yr) vs ₹999/mo monthly, and Business at ₹1,874/mo (billed ₹22,488/yr) vs ₹2,499/mo monthly. You get 25% off each tier versus monthly. If you switch mid-cycle, any remaining monthly credit is prorated against the yearly charge. You can switch back to monthly at renewal.

Yes. Pro and Business both include a 7-day free trial — no credit card required to start. You get full access to all features at your chosen plan level. When the trial ends, you can subscribe to your chosen plan, switch to Starter at ₹199/mo, or cancel — your data is always preserved.

No per-user fees. Workers are records you manage, not app users — so adding 80 workers doesn't cost you 80× a seat price. Client accounts are also included based on plan tier (2 on Starter, unlimited on Pro+). The price you see is the price you pay, flat.

Yes — clients don't pay anything. When you add a client to a project, they receive a free account linked to your project. They see updates, milestones, payment ledger, and can raise requests. Their access is fully included in your contractor plan. Only the contractor pays for the subscription.

NirmaanTrak will prompt you to upgrade before you can add more than your plan allows. Your existing data is never deleted or locked. We'll give you clear notice before any limits are enforced, and upgrading takes seconds. You won't be cut off mid-project.

Yes — cancel anytime from your account settings with no penalty or exit fees. On monthly billing, you keep access until the end of the billing cycle. On yearly billing, you'll retain full access for the paid period and won't be charged again at renewal. We don't do dark patterns — cancellation is a single button.

All data is stored securely with server-enforced access controls — each contractor can only see their own projects, workers, and client data. If you cancel and downgrade to Starter, your data remains accessible within Starter limits. You can export payroll data to XLSX at any time on Pro or Business plans. We don't delete accounts — you can resume a paid plan and pick up exactly where you left off.
