Cookies Policy
Section 01
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) when you visit a website or use a web application. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to website owners.
Cookies perform a variety of functions, including:
- Remembering your preferences and login status
- Understanding how you interact with our Service
- Keeping your session secure
- Improving the overall performance and reliability of the Service
Section 02
Types of Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the NirmaanTrak application to function correctly. They enable core functionality such as account authentication, session management, and security. Without these cookies, the Service cannot be provided. These cookies cannot be disabled.
Performance & Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how users interact with our Service by collecting information about pages visited, time spent, features used, and errors encountered. The data is aggregated and anonymised. We use this information to improve the reliability and performance of NirmaanTrak.
Functional Cookies
These cookies allow the Service to remember choices you make, such as your preferred language, display settings, or last-viewed project, providing a more personalised experience. Disabling these cookies may reduce the convenience of the Service but will not prevent its core operation.
Marketing & Targeting Cookies
We may use these cookies on our marketing website (not within the logged-in application) to understand which of our campaigns or content drove you to sign up. These cookies help us measure the effectiveness of our marketing and ensure we reach users who may genuinely benefit from NirmaanTrak.
Section 03

Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on our Service are set by third-party providers. We have carefully vetted these providers and require them to comply with applicable data protection laws. The key third parties are:
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns across the Service. Google Analytics sets several cookies (listed above) that collect anonymised data about user sessions. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Mixpanel
Mixpanel is used within the application to track feature-level events (e.g., "Project Created", "Invoice Generated"). This helps our product team identify usability issues and prioritise improvements. Mixpanel data is stored on Mixpanel's servers and is subject to their Privacy Policy.
Razorpay
Our payment processing partner Razorpay may set cookies during the payment flow for fraud prevention and session continuity. These are strictly necessary cookies for the payment process. For more information, see Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
Intercom (Customer Support)
We may use Intercom to power our in-app support chat. Intercom sets cookies to identify returning users and maintain chat sessions. You can disable the Intercom widget within your account settings if you prefer not to use it.
Section 05
